- Inbound and outbound operations
- Script-controlled conversations
- Quality monitoring and reporting

The partnership
A contact-center partner for regulated healthcare campaigns.
Healthcare outreach requires more than agents and phone lines. Every interaction can affect consumer trust, brand reputation, compliance and program performance.
Telemedia Solutions combines trained contact-center teams, campaign technology, quality assurance and performance management to help clients reach eligible consumers, respond to inquiries and move each qualified person to the appropriate licensed, authorized or program-approved resource.
We can support programs for:
- Health insurance carriers and licensed agencies
- Medicare Advantage and Part D organizations and their approved partners
- Affordable Care Act and individual-market service providers
- Medicaid managed-care organizations and program vendors
- Third-party administrators and benefits administrators
- Healthcare networks, clinics and patient-access teams
- State, local and federal prime contractors
- Public-sector outreach, enrollment-support and constituent-service programs
Important
Telemedia Solutions does not present itself as a government agency, health plan or licensed insurance producer unless a specific legal entity, contract and license expressly authorize that role. Campaign scope, scripts, disclosures and transfer procedures are approved by the contracting client before launch.

What we can deliver
Programs engineered around your approved scope.
Every workflow is built around your approved scripts, consent rules and quality standards — so each interaction stays compliant while moving the customer forward.

Customer outreach and lead qualification
Reach consumers using client-approved audience criteria, communication channels, scripts and consent controls. Our teams confirm interest, collect only the information authorized for the campaign, document the interaction and route qualified opportunities according to the client's business rules.

Inbound health insurance support
Receive responses from approved advertising, direct mail, digital campaigns, community outreach or partner channels. Agents answer approved general questions, identify the caller's needs and connect the consumer with the correct licensed or authorized representative.

Appointment setting and warm transfers
Schedule appointments or complete live, context-rich transfers to licensed insurance agents, navigators, case teams, program representatives or other client-designated specialists. Transfer criteria and required disclosures are built directly into the workflow.

Member and beneficiary outreach
Support welcome calls, renewal reminders, benefit-awareness campaigns, document reminders, satisfaction surveys, provider-directory assistance and other client-authorized communications.

Enrollment support — within an approved scope
Assist with non-licensed administrative steps, document collection, status updates and navigation support when permitted by the client's program. Advice, plan recommendations, eligibility determinations and enrollment transactions remain with appropriately authorized parties unless Telemedia is separately approved and qualified.

Multichannel customer engagement
Coordinate phone, SMS, email, web form and chat interactions under the client's approved communication and consent framework, creating a consistent customer journey across channels.

Back-office and case support
Handle approved data entry, lead disposition, appointment confirmation, follow-up queues, case routing and administrative workflows with documented access controls and audit trails.
One operating partner across the customer journey
Extend your reach without building every operation in-house.
Whether you are entering a new market, launching a benefit, supporting an enrollment period or adding capacity behind an established platform, we can operate as a controlled extension of your team across the full journey.
Patient access and appointment support
Appointment requests, scheduling, rescheduling, reminders, referral intake, general wayfinding and approved pre-visit workflows. Routing can be designed around location, service line, appointment type, availability and escalation requirements.
Member and beneficiary services
First-line support for approved benefit questions, member onboarding, welcome calls, document reminders, status requests, provider-directory assistance and case routing. Clinical judgment, eligibility decisions and licensed advice escalate to the client.
Health insurance customer engagement
Inbound responses, approved outreach, interest qualification, appointment setting and warm transfers to licensed or authorized representatives. Scripts, disclosures, consent, geographic restrictions and role boundaries are defined before launch.
Outreach, retention and re-engagement
Client-approved campaigns for reminders, preventive-care outreach, surveys, service follow-up, renewal support and inactive-customer re-engagement. Contact rules, suppression lists and preferred channels are built into the workflow.
Referral and care-navigation administration
Receive and route approved referrals, verify that required administrative information is present, provide non-clinical status updates and escalate incomplete or time-sensitive cases according to the client's procedures.
Healthcare technology customer support
User onboarding, Tier 1 assistance, account navigation, workflow guidance, issue classification and ticket escalation for digital health platforms, portals and connected services. Issues outside the approved knowledge base move to the client's specialists.
Back-office operations
Authorized data entry, document indexing, queue management, case creation, follow-up tasks, ticket updates and quality reviews using the client's systems and access controls.
Surge and overflow capacity
Trained capacity for enrollment periods, product launches, demand spikes, disruptions and public outreach. Workforce plans can include phased staffing, overflow rules, service thresholds and rapid escalation.
A modern contact center connected to your technology
Conversations, workflows and data — connected, with controls intact.
The strongest healthcare contact center does not operate as an isolated phone queue. It connects conversations, workflows, knowledge, systems and performance data while preserving clear controls over sensitive information.
Omnichannel engagement
Coordinate voice, callback, SMS, email, chat and web-form interactions under the client's approved consent and communication rules, giving authorized teams a more continuous view of the customer journey.
Cloud contact center and intelligent routing
Skills-based routing, priority queues, callback options, IVR and overflow logic direct each inquiry to the appropriate trained resource. Platform selection and configuration follow the client's technical and security requirements.
CRM, scheduling and ticketing integration
Teams can work within approved CRM, scheduling, case-management, service-desk and knowledge platforms using native connectors, secure APIs or controlled workflow automation following technical review.
Interoperability-ready workflow design
Where relevant, workflows can exchange approved information with client systems using supported interfaces and standards. System compatibility, permitted data exchange and implementation scope are confirmed during solution design.
AI-assisted agent support
Approved AI can help agents find knowledge, summarize interactions, recommend next steps and classify cases. Output stays governed by client policy, validated against approved content and subject to human review.
Conversation intelligence and quality analytics
Subject to applicable law and client approval, interaction analytics can support call categorization, required-language checks, coaching and quality sampling — supplementing, not replacing, trained quality reviewers.
Real-time operational reporting
Dashboards and scheduled reports can show service levels, queue conditions, contact outcomes, transfers, appointments, quality results and escalations. Definitions and data access are agreed before launch.
Human-in-the-loop automation
Automation can handle repetitive steps, trigger follow-ups and route work. Licensed advice, clinical judgment and other restricted activities remain with qualified and authorized personnel.
Responsible AI for healthcare operations
People stay accountable. AI stays governed.
AI can improve speed and consistency, but healthcare programs require defined limits. Our recommended model keeps people accountable for the interaction and treats AI as a governed operational capability — not an unsupervised substitute for clinical, eligibility or coverage decisions.
The final design depends on the use case, systems, data, applicable law and the client's AI governance requirements.
An AI-enabled program may include:
- A client-approved knowledge source rather than open-ended answers
- Role-based access to data and tools
- Human review for sensitive, ambiguous or high-impact interactions
- Confidence thresholds and mandatory escalation rules
- Testing for accuracy, workflow fit and unintended behavior
- Logging, monitoring and change control
- Restrictions on using client or consumer data for model training
- A manual fallback when automation is unavailable or inappropriate
- Periodic review of prompts, outputs, policies and performance
How a Telemedia campaign works
A controlled path from scope to performance.
Define the authorized scope
We begin with the program objective, target population, permitted activities, licensing boundaries, geographic restrictions, data fields, disclosures, escalation paths and service levels.
Build the controlled workflow
We configure client-approved scripts, consent language, call dispositions, routing rules, CRM fields, suppression lists, transfer criteria and escalation procedures.
Train and certify the team
Agents complete campaign-specific training and knowledge checks before handling live interactions. Refresher coaching and change-control training support ongoing accuracy.
Launch with active quality oversight
Supervisors and quality analysts monitor early interactions, review required disclosures, identify process gaps and coach agents against a documented scorecard.
Measure, report and improve
We report the metrics that matter to the program — contact rate, qualification rate, transfer rate, appointment rate, conversion outcomes supplied by the client, abandonment, average speed of answer, handle time, QA results, complaints and corrective actions.
Quality and compliance by design
Regulated campaigns cannot depend on good intentions.
They need documented controls. Our program framework can be configured to support the client's applicable requirements, including:
- Client-approved scripts, disclosures and knowledge bases
- Role-based system access and least-necessary data collection
- Consent capture and source documentation
- Do-not-call, suppression and contact-frequency controls
- Call recording and retention rules defined by contract and applicable law
- Quality-monitoring scorecards and calibrated reviews
- Complaint identification, escalation and resolution tracking
- Incident reporting and corrective-action workflows
- Agent training records and recurring certification
- Version control for scripts, offers and campaign materials
- Secure transfer and disposition procedures
- Performance dashboards and auditable reporting
Protected health information (PHI)
Where a campaign involves protected health information, the operating model, systems, data access, subcontractors and contract terms must be reviewed before launch. When legally applicable, the parties should execute the required Business Associate Agreement and implement the safeguards defined by the client and governing rules.
Medicare-related campaigns
Telemedia follows the scope, scripts, recording, disclosure, permission-to-contact, consent and oversight requirements established by the sponsoring organization and applicable CMS rules. Telemedia does not independently interpret plan benefits or recommend coverage unless the work is performed by properly authorized personnel within an approved program.
Compliance is program-specific. We do not use a generic “compliant” label as a substitute for legal review, client approval and operational evidence.
Government contractors & public programs
Built to support government contractors and public programs.
Telemedia Solutions is developing the operational discipline, documentation and performance controls expected in public-sector supply chains. We can support prime contractors and approved vendors that need scalable customer-contact capacity without losing visibility or control.
Potential support areas include:
- Program and beneficiary outreach
- Contact-center surge support
- Public information and campaign-response lines
- Appointment and event scheduling
- Enrollment-navigation support within an authorized scope
- Survey, follow-up and satisfaction programs
- Case intake and routing
- Multilingual customer support
- Back-office processing and data entry
- Quality assurance, reporting and workforce management
For every opportunity, we align staffing, security, location, accessibility, reporting, record-retention, background-screening and flow-down requirements to the solicitation and prime contract. Capabilities are represented only after they are documented and available for the specific engagement.
A delivery model designed around the contract
Every program has different requirements.
We design an operating model around call volume, hours, languages, data restrictions, required work location and performance standards.
Dedicated teams
Agents, supervisors and quality personnel assigned to a defined campaign, with program-specific training and reporting.
Scalable staffing
Capacity planning for enrollment periods, outreach deadlines, disaster response, seasonal demand and campaign surges.
Technology integration
Integration with approved CRM, dialer, ticketing, scheduling, knowledge-base and reporting platforms, subject to access and security requirements.
Transparent management
Daily operational visibility, weekly performance reviews, documented action plans and named points of accountability.
Flexible sourcing
U.S.-based, nearshore or offshore support can be evaluated according to the contract's location, security, privacy and labor requirements. No delivery location is assumed to be acceptable until the client or contracting authority approves it.
Performance you can see
A measurement plan before launch.
We build the reporting plan up front so stakeholders can evaluate both customer experience and operational control. Typical program metrics include:
- Service level and average speed of answer
- Abandonment rate
- Contact and right-party-contact rate
- Qualification and appointment rate
- Warm-transfer acceptance rate
- First-contact resolution
- Average handle time and after-call work
- Script and disclosure adherence
- Quality score and critical-error rate
- Complaint and escalation rate
- Attendance, schedule adherence and utilization
- Training completion and certification status
- Corrective-action status and trend analysis
Final KPIs, definitions and targets are established jointly with the client and documented in the statement of work.
Why Telemedia Solutions
Volume matters. Control matters more.
Contact-center experience
Our background is in customer acquisition, inbound sales support, customer care, order processing, quality monitoring and performance-led call-center operations.
Regulated-campaign mindset
We understand that approved language, traceable consent, accurate dispositioning, controlled access and rapid escalation matter as much as volume.
Technology and operations together
Telemedia connects campaign strategy, websites, digital acquisition, CRM workflows, automation, reporting and human support into one operating system.
Clear role boundaries
We define what our agents may do, what they may not do and exactly when a consumer must be transferred to a licensed or authorized representative.
Partnership with full visibility
Clients retain oversight of scripts, data rules, training requirements, quality standards and performance reporting.
Frequently asked questions
What partners ask first.
Can Telemedia help us enter a new market or expand an existing service?
Yes. We can design a phased operating model around the new audience, geography, service line, channel, volume and client systems. The engagement begins with a fit assessment and control design, followed by a pilot and measured scale-up.
Can you operate inside our existing technology environment?
Potentially. Teams can use approved CRM, scheduling, ticketing, knowledge and communications platforms subject to technical, security and access review. Where a direct integration is needed, compatibility and the exact implementation scope are confirmed during discovery.
Do you use artificial intelligence?
AI-assisted knowledge retrieval, summaries, classification, quality signals and workflow automation can be evaluated. Use is program-specific, governed by client policy and designed with human oversight. Telemedia does not position AI as a replacement for clinical judgment, licensed advice or accountable decision-making.
Can you start with a pilot?
Yes. A pilot is often the most responsible way to validate customer experience, workflow, technology, reporting and performance before scaling volume or expanding to additional markets.
Does Telemedia Solutions sell health insurance?
Telemedia's core role is contact-center operations, customer outreach, lead qualification, appointment setting, administrative support and warm transfers. Insurance advice, plan recommendations and enrollment activities are performed only by appropriately licensed or authorized parties within an approved campaign structure.
Can you support Medicare or Marketplace campaigns?
Potentially, subject to the sponsoring organization's approval and a campaign-specific review of CMS rules, licensing boundaries, consent, recording, disclosures, data handling, training and oversight. We will not launch a regulated campaign until the operating requirements are documented.
Are you HIPAA compliant?
HIPAA applicability depends on the services performed and the information handled. If Telemedia will create, receive, maintain or transmit protected health information on behalf of a covered entity or business associate, the relationship, systems, safeguards and required contract terms must be evaluated and implemented before launch. We provide evidence for the controls that are actually in place rather than relying on a blanket marketing claim.
Can you work with government agencies?
We can pursue direct opportunities when the required registrations, representations and contract-specific qualifications are in place. We can also support qualified prime contractors as a subcontractor. Each solicitation determines the required security, staffing, location, reporting, insurance and compliance standards.
Do you offer multilingual support?
Multilingual staffing can be proposed based on required languages, proficiency standards, anticipated volume and contract terms. Only languages with validated staffing should be listed in a final proposal.
How quickly can a campaign launch?
Launch timing depends on system access, compliance review, staffing, background checks, training, integrations and client approvals. After discovery, we provide a phased implementation plan with clear launch gates rather than an unsupported universal timeline.
